Creature training connects signals, actions and consequences to establish a clear, limited command vocabulary over time.

1. Defender, Healer and Attacker branches define specialisations

- Distinguish a learned command from a simple stat increase.

- [Final Fantasy XIV](https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/uiguide/faq/faq-chocobo/chocobo_skill.html)

## How it works

Creature training connects signals, actions and consequences to establish a clear, limited command vocabulary over time.

## Variants

### Mechanic variants

- Reinforcement increases a selected response's likelihood.
- Context limits transfer of learned commands.
- Trust unlocks more complex joint actions.
- Rest prevents endless uninterrupted practice.

## Design example

A creature learns to retrieve a marked object and later attempts it among distractors in another room.

Prototype check: Test reward attribution to an action and distinguish refusal, misunderstood commands and fatigue.

## Context and limits

A systemic world applies shared rules to multiple objects so players can predict new combinations from known interactions. Each overview separates player actions, state changes and alternative rules. Examples are hypothetical design scenarios, not claims about a named game. A prototype check states an observable question for the next iteration. Existing detailed references remain separately linked from the direction map.
