1. Instrument panels provide sound parameters
2. The shared space keeps instruments within reach

- Preserve the audible link between action and rhythm and allow phrases to be replayed.

## How it works

Players assemble musical phrases from permitted elements while the system links choices, timing and audible results.

## Variants

### Mechanic variants

- Loops repeat a selected fragment.
- Layers add rhythm or harmonic support.
- Improvisation changes notes within a selected mode.
- Phrase exchanges connect two performers.

## Design example

A player builds melody over a bass loop and changes its ending in response to a partner.

Prototype check: Test the audible link between action and output and undoing a recording without losing other layers.

## Context and limits

Musical action connects beat position, movement form and sound selection through shared feedback rules. Each overview separates player actions, state changes and alternative rules. Examples are hypothetical design scenarios, not claims about a named game. A prototype check states an observable question for the next iteration. Existing detailed references remain separately linked from the direction map.
